The public is invited to Parks, Arts and Recreation Night at the Ballpark in Grand Prairie at 7:05 p.m. Monday, Aug. 17. Free tickets to the AirHogs baseball game are available at the following locations:

Grand Prairie Parks, Arts and Recreation Administration Building, 400 College St.

Charley Taylor Recreation Center, 601 E. Grand Prairie Rd.

Dalworth Recreation Center, 2012 Spikes St.

Tony Shotwell Life Center, 2750 Graham St.

Tickets may be redeemed at the AirHogs’ ticket office, 1600 Lone Star Parkway, before Aug. 17 for reserved seating. If redeemed on Aug. 17, the next best seating will be available.

The AirHogs is an independent minor league baseball team. As a member of the American Association of Indpendent Professional Baseball, the team plays 100 regular season games per year including 50 home games played at the Ballpark in Grand Prairie, located between Lone Star Park and Verizon Theatre in Grand Prairie.

MILITARY MONDAY: Active/retired military receive 1 (one) FREE ticket with a valid military ID. Military friends and family will receive half-price tickets (offer valid at box office ONLY). ALL CURRENT AND FORMER MILITARY RECEIVE 10% OFF IN THE TEAM STORE EVERY DAY!
